TAI CHI FORM REVIEW

An afternoon to practise and review Tai Chi Form, with appropriate exercises to test for correct internal alignment and the expression of inherent soft chi, as time permits. Opportunity will be given to practising all three parts of the Long Form.
There will also be suitable periods for reflection, to take notes and ask questions, with tea provided.

MEDITATIONS
Being time with diligence.

12.00 to 1.00: ◦ CHI KUNG TAOYIN / WALKING & STANDING ◦ A review and revision.
2.00 to 4.00: ◦ MEDITATIONS ◦ To be with yourself in the company of others. Form as meditation, with guidance and practicality as to how to make it so using brief passages of repetition/time/and a shifting compass.
Suitable periods for rest and reflection, with tea provided, will complete our afternoon/and weekend together.

To attend on both days the fee is discounted at: £75.00
Please bring soft loose clothing and flat-soled slippers or shoes to wear for the practice. And if you have a cushion/rug etc for the sitting meditation on Sunday afternoon, then please do bring those along too.

Details of travel to Adelaide Grove (Uxbridge Road) can easily be found using online maps, with public transport of both buses and underground stopping reasonably nearby. If coming by car, unrestricted parking within designated parking bays is available on the Grove or nearby roads on Saturdays and Sundays all day. Bicycles should be secured at your own discretion.

Afternoon Tea in the Great Court Restaurant following-on will be in the region of £10.00.
(These visits are an occasional treat arranged by request: please ask.)
